What degree will I get after completing the program ?
The program allows to participants to obtain:
- An American Master of Science in Cyber Security (MSCS) degree by EC-Council University
- The UM6P Cybersecurity Practionner Certificate.
What certifications are included in the program ?
Our students will pass the UM6P Certification Practionner Certificate and the CEH certification.
Our program will also prepare our students to the following certification exams: CND, CHFI, ECSA, LPT-APT.
The students who would like to pass the other certification exams will have to contact the UM6P training Coordinator.
What is the duration of the program ?
The program will take 2 years to complete the courses and examinations.
What is the selection process ?
For this edition, the selection process is based on the excellence of the academic record.
What are the selection phases?
The selection consists of the following phases:
- Pre-registration for the program is done online through the admission platform.
- Online Interview with the candidats.
- Completing the application through the admission platform.
- Obtaining the credits evaluation of non-Amercian transcripts.
- Evaluation and validation of the application files by UM6P and its partner.
- Accepting the admission offer by signing the UM6P student agreement.
- Payment of the program tuition fees to the UM6P.
What are the admissions requirements?
- A bachelor’s (BAC+3/4) or a master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or science and have minimum experience that includes the equivalent of a Computer Science or Computer Engineering minor.
- Have earned their bachelor’s, master’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 2. 5 (10/20) on the transcript of the most recently conferred bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- An appropriate English test score as proof of English proficiency (TOEFL (IBT): 71+, TOEFL(PBT):550+, IELTS:6. 5+*)
* If your degree is earned in a country where English is the official language, or if English was the language of instruction at the university where you earned your degree, then you must only provide a letter from the institution stating that English was the language of instruction.
What is the total cost of the program?
- Tuition fees are: 127500 TTC MAD/ 2 years
- Evaluation fees of the non-american transcripts by the partner : $120.00
Who is the program for?
Our program is designed to help the young graduates with a minimum a bachelor’s degree (BAC+3/4) and the IT practionners who want to improve their skills or embrace a career in Cybersecurity.
Our program is compatible with a full-time professional activity.
Can I attend classes in person?
No, the program is 100% online. We do not have in-person classes for the moment.
What do I need to include with my admissions application?
- A scan of your official government ID or passport ;
- A photo of the candidate (selfie) holding his official government ID;
- Official university transcripts for all the degrees you have earned. (translated into English);
- Official evaluation of international credits (for candidates with non-American transcripts only);
- Degree certificate (translated into English);
- Proof of the English proficiency if English is not the official language.
- Your CV or Resume (optional).
Do we have instructors? If yes, how will they conduct the lecture?
You do have an instructor who conducts the classes. We do not use lectures to teach. The instructors use discussion topics, labs, readings, and some include videos.
I don’t have a programming background. Can I still opt for the Master’s degree?
Yes, the degrees are designed to be valuable for someone who has a computer background. They also must be appropriate for someone with no IT background who is changing careers.
Does the program offer scolarships ?
At the moment, no scholarships are available.
